Refund & Return Policy – Travel Wardrobe
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, only if they have not been packed or shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Travel Wardrobe purchase. If there’s any issue, we offer 7 Day exchanges and Returns.
To be eligible for a Free Return the product must be:
In original condition
Unused
Unwashed
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging (Travel Wardrobe Zip Bag)
If the item is not returned with original packaging or fails the quality check, the return/exchange will be cancelled.
Eligible for Exchange
Wrong size delivered
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
Size exchange (only once per order)
Not Eligible for Exchange
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items without original tags
Clearance sale items (if any)
Minor color variation due to lighting/screens
Exchange and Return Window
You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Pickup will be arranged within 2–5 working days (depending on pin-code).
Conditions
The product must be returned in original condition:
Unused
Unwashed
With tags + original packaging
If the returned product fails quality check, the exchange will be cancelled.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
We only provide:
Size exchange
Product exchange
Store credit (valid for 6 months)
Refunds are only applicable in rare cases such as:
Product is out of stock after payment
Delivery failure due to our logistics partner
You receive a damaged item and replacement is unavailable
Refunds (if approved) will reflect in 5–7 working days to the original method of payment.
4. Return Pickup Policy
Reverse pickup is attempted twice.
If the pickup fails both times due to customer unavailability, the customer must self-ship the product.
For self-shipping, shipping charges will be reimbursed as store credit (up to ₹80).
5. Non-Delivery Issues
If an order is marked “Delivered” but not received:
Raise a claim within 24 hours of the delivery message.
We will coordinate with the courier partner for proof of delivery.
6. International Orders
No returns, cancellations, or exchanges for international orders.
