Thank you for shopping with Travel Wardrobe! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

Once processed, you will receive:

Tracking details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp

2. Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 working days
-
Remote Areas: 6–10 working days
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or external factors.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹50 – ₹70 (varies by pincode)

Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999

COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply depending on your logistics partner.
4. Delivery Attempts

Couriers usually make two delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable both times, the package may be returned to us.

Re-shipping will require an additional shipping fee.
5. Address Errors

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pincode are correct.

Travel Wardrobe is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

In such cases, customers may need to pay for re-shipping.
6. Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link.

Tracking may take 24 hours to update due to courier system syncing.
7. Non-Delivery (Package Marked Delivered but Not Received)
If your order shows “Delivered” but you haven't received it:

Raise a complaint within 24 hours.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide proof of delivery.

Resolution may take 2–5 working days.
8. Damaged or Open Package
If you receive:

A damaged package,

Open packaging, or

Tampered parcel
Please record a video before opening it and contact us within 24 hours.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
